1. Overview

These notes explain what happens to your personal data when you visit Neubau Südtirol. Personal data means any data that can identify you. The controller is named in the legal notice.

Data is collected when you contact us or a developer (for example by e-mail or WhatsApp), and automatically as technical server-log data when you load the site.

4. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Project data is stored on Neon (Lakebase Postgres) in the EU (Frankfurt). Vercel processes data under the EU standard contractual clauses.

The provider automatically stores, among other things:

• browser type and version
• operating system
• referrer URL
• time of the request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure website).

5. Contacting developers

Neubau Südtirol is not an agency: you contact the developer directly by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. When you use those channels, your data (such as e-mail address, phone number and message) is sent to the developer and, for WhatsApp, to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

For operations we log internally the contact type (e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, developer website), the project and the language — not the message content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Maps

Maps use OpenStreetMap and CARTO tiles. Using the map sends your IP address to those providers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (showing project locations). See OpenStreetMap and CARTO.

7. Fonts

Fonts are bundled with the site (next/font). Loading a page does not connect to Google Fonts servers.

8. Cookies

This site currently does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use Google Analytics, Calendly or YouTube. Any strictly necessary cookies would serve only to run the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

9. SSL/TLS encryption

The site uses SSL/TLS encryption. An encrypted connection is shown by “https://” and the padlock in the browser.

10. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR) and may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to info@dopa-media.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — www.garanteprivacy.it.

11. Objection to advertising

The use of contact data published to meet legal requirements for sending unsolicited advertising is objected to. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of spam.
