The Stöfl development in Villanders consists of three buildings with 22 apartments in total, two to four rooms from around 55 m², with balconies, terraces or private gardens. It is built to KlimaHaus A Nature.
All apartments are on the open market, with no residency requirement. The list shows mainly four-room apartments of around 81 to 83 m² in buildings A, B and C, plus a three-room ground-floor apartment of around 64 m² (as of October 2026).
