Mulivia Residences
Mulivia in Molini di Tures: 18 apartments with well-planned layouts, generous south-facing terraces and an underground garage, built to ClimateHouse A Nature standard. Handover expected December 2027.
The Mulivia development is being built in Mühlen in Taufers, at the entrance to the Tauferer valley between Bruneck and Sand in Taufers. It will have 18 apartments from around 36 m², with well-planned layouts, generous south-facing terraces and an underground car park, built to KlimaHaus A Nature.
The project is mixed, with conventioned and open-market apartments. South-facing terraces are a real advantage in this valley, where the winter sun disappears early behind the mountains.
Handover is planned for December 2027. Bruneck, with its station, hospital and secondary schools, is easy to reach along the valley road. The contact is Prenn Wohnbau.

Frequently asked questions
What does conventioned mean?
Conventioned homes (legally “homes for residents”) may only be lived in by eligible people, usually with five years of residence or a job in South Tyrol. Anyone may buy them, but they may only be let to eligible tenants. Open-market homes carry no such restriction.
