The Gerberhaus stands on Griesplatz in the centre of Sarnthein. The building is being converted into 13 apartments and two retail units, built to KlimaHaus A Nature. Apartments start at around 50 m² with two rooms.
All apartments are on the open market. The list shows a three-room apartment of around 62 m² on the first floor (as of October 2026). The central location means short walks to shops, school and the bus stop.
