Casa Lumina
Casa Lumina in Naturno: ten 2- to 4-room apartments, ClimateHouse A Nature, with terraces and private gardens. Conventioned and open-market units. Construction June 2026, handover November 2027. Direct contact with Maia Living.
Casa Lumina is being built in Naturns in the lower Vinschgau valley, with ten apartments from around 44 to 95 m², two to four rooms. Ground-floor units have private gardens, the upper floors terraces. The building follows the KlimaHaus A Nature standard.
The project is mixed: most apartments are conventioned and may only be lived in by eligible people, usually with five years of residence or a job in South Tyrol. A few are on the open market (as of October 2026). The unit list shows which ones.
Construction started in June 2026, handover is planned for November 2027. Naturns is on the Vinschgau railway, Merano is a short trip by train or road. Enquiries go directly to Maia Living.

Frequently asked questions
What does conventioned mean?
Conventioned homes (legally “homes for residents”) may only be lived in by eligible people, usually with five years of residence or a job in South Tyrol. Anyone may buy them, but they may only be let to eligible tenants. Open-market homes carry no such restriction.
