Aurea Residences
Aurea in Milland near Brixen: 10 apartments of varying size, each with a spacious cellar, built to ClimateHouse A-Nature standard. Garage or outdoor parking optional. Handover expected late summer 2026.
The Aurea development is in Milland, the Brixen district at the foot of the Plose. It has ten units of different sizes, from compact units of around 28 m² to family apartments. Every apartment has a spacious cellar, and the building follows KlimaHaus A Nature.
The project is mixed, with conventioned and open-market apartments, some with gardens and some with terraces. A garage or parking space is optional and sold separately, which is worth factoring into any price comparison.
Handover is planned for late summer 2026. From Milland the old town and Brixen station are close by. The contact is Prenn Wohnbau.

Frequently asked questions
What does conventioned mean?
Conventioned homes (legally “homes for residents”) may only be lived in by eligible people, usually with five years of residence or a job in South Tyrol. Anyone may buy them, but they may only be let to eligible tenants. Open-market homes carry no such restriction.
