Residence Angerhaus in Sarnthein: terrace apartments on the edge of the village near the sports ground, a few steps from the centre. Construction starts autumn 2025, completion summer 2027.
Residence Angerhaus is being built on the edge of Sarnthein, near the sports ground and a few minutes' walk from the village centre. It offers terrace apartments with three and four rooms, from around 88 m².
The apartments are on the open market, with no residency requirement. The list shows a three-room apartment of around 88 m² on the first floor (as of October 2026).
Construction has been under way since autumn 2025, completion is planned for summer 2027. At this stage it is worth discussing fittings and custom requests directly with the developer, Aichner Invest.
